A full-time Safety Manager currently runs at around $135K-$155K+ a year (figures from Seek.com.au 7 January 2025).

In Victoria, the law says you must employ or engage someone who is suitably qualified in occupational health and safety. If you're caught out, the fine is anywhere between $12,000 - $59,000; give or take.

The personal and commercial risks attributable to workplace health and safety that you're carrying at the moment are immense, and significantly outweigh the cost of getting us (or another business) to assist.
